For the price and belt, it's a 5-star, but there's something they should know, it's hard plastic. The mechanism looks good and solid; I don't feel like the plastic will damage easily, but maybe I thought it would be lightweight metal. Still, I liked it very much, so much that I wouldn't just use it for the waist, I would buy more for suitcases.
